Sika Blue Grit Plaster Bonding Agent – Extra Grip for Smooth or Difficult Surfaces (5L / 10L)

A high-performance plaster bonding agent, specially formulated to provide a mechanical key to difficult backgrounds such as smooth plaster, painted surfaces, concrete and glazed tiles.

Contains fine aggregate to improve adhesion and ensure a reliable bond. Finished in a vivid blue colour so you can clearly see where it has been applied — minimising risk of missed areas.

Ready to use straight from the tub — no mixing or dilution required. Simply stir and apply by brush or short-pile roller. 

Ideal as a bonding coat for walls prior to plastering on smooth or troublesome substrates such as pre-cast concrete panels, glazed tiles, particle board, MDF, MR plasterboard.

Coverage: approximately 4.5 m² per litre (depending on substrate porosity).

Shelf life: 24 months when stored in a sealed container under appropriate conditions.

Storage: keep between +5 °C and +25 °C, protect from frost and extremes.
