Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you may return most new and unused items within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
Custom-cut or special-order products are non-returnable unless faulty.

Faulty or damaged items:
Please inspect your order upon pickup or delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right quickly.

include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll arrange your return or exchange as soon as possible.

📦 Click & Collect (Pickup) Policy

Click & Collect is a free service available from our Bradford store:
Unit 1 Havelock Street, Bradford BD7 4EX

You’ll receive an email or text when your order is ready to collect.
Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID when collecting.
Orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours (depending on stock).
Orders not collected within 7 days may be cancelled and refunded.
If you’d like someone else to collect on your behalf, please contact us in advance so we can note their name.

🚚 Delivery Policy

We currently offer standard UK delivery on selected items only.

Delivery is available for eligible products marked “Delivery available” on the product page.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days.
Local delivery may also be available within Bradford — please contact us for details.

If your order includes both “pickup only” and “delivery available” items, you may need to place separate orders.
